The world gets only busier, the to-do lists pile up too fast, and… there’s still dinner to make. We know it all too well. This quick, hassle-free recipe, will make everyone happy while you can enjoy the extra time and do something you love.

  • 6 1,5 inch slices of Uniqpol Pork Roast
  • 5 cups of fresh green beans
  • 3 cups of baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1

Clean the potatoes and place them in salted water. Bring water to boil and boil the potatoes until they become soft. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Clean the green beans and put them in a different pot with boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Optionally, you can fry them with some butter and salt on the frying pan. The goal is to have them nice and crunchy and not too soft.

Step 3

Carefully place the slices of Pork Roast on the skillet or the roasting pot. Roast for 15 minutes until the ham gets a nice brown glaze.

Step 4

Strain the potatoes, add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Strain the green beans or take them out of the pan and place them on each plate. Take the roast Pork Out of the oven and put a slice on each plate. It’s very juicy so it doesn’t need any gravy but if there’s a gravy that you crave with this recipe, please go ahead and share your idea with us!
